Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Nyxere, we take pride and believe in only offering the highest quality work to our clients. Before any work begins, we ensure that the scope of each project is clearly defined, agreed upon, and confirmed in writing. Because our services require time, planning, and commitment, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once work has started.

2. No Refund Policy

By purchasing any service or package from Nyxere, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All payments made to Nyxere are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, monthly retainers, hourly services, digital strategy sessions, and one-time projects.

  • Once a payment has been processed and work has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be granted, regardless of usage, satisfaction, or completion status.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing all project details and deliverables prior to making payment. Our team will provide all reasonable information to ensure you understand what is included in your selected service or package.

4. Service Modifications

If you wish to modify or pause a service after payment, Nyxere may, at its sole discretion, offer to apply your remaining balance as a credit toward future services. Such credits are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the rare event that:

  • Nyxere fails to deliver the agreed-upon services outlined in the signed contract or proposal.

  • A billing error has occurred (e.g., duplicate charges).

  • The Owner has personally overlooked the case and deems it appropriate.

All refund requests under these conditions must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the billing date.

7. Acknowledgment

By purchasing a service or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
